Refunds.
Cancel anytime. No retention call. No clawback.
1. The short version
Mane operator subscriptions are billed monthly. You can cancel at any time in your dashboard. No phone call, no retention loop, no clawback. You keep access through the end of the current billing period. There is no refund for partial months unless your jurisdiction requires one or one of the specific cases below applies.
2. 14-day first-month guarantee
If you cancel within 14 days of your first paid charge AND have not yet taken more than 5 bookings through the platform, email hello@joinmane.com from the address on your account. We refund the most recent charge in full within 2 business days. One per operator per lifetime.
3. Annual prepay refunds
If you prepaid for an annual plan and cancel before the term ends, we refund the unused full months on a pro-rata basis (whole months only, rounded down), minus a 10% restocking fee. Example: month 4 of 12 → refund 7 full months minus 10%.
4. Service-outage credits
If Mane is unavailable for more than 24 consecutive hours through no fault of yours, we credit the next invoice with one full day per 24 hours of outage. No cap. Credits do not transfer between accounts and cannot be converted to cash.
5. Mistaken or duplicate charges
If you see a charge you do not recognize or were billed twice for the same period, email hello@joinmane.com with the charge ID or screenshot. We investigate and refund any verified mistaken / duplicate charge within 5 business days.
6. Chargebacks
Before initiating a chargeback with your card issuer, please contact us first. We resolve refund requests faster than disputes do. Initiating a chargeback while we are actively working a refund request authorizes us to immediately suspend the account and net the disputed amount against any credits or pending payouts.
7. End-client refunds (not us)
Refunds your clients receive for the services they book go through Stripe directly under your Stripe Connect account, governed by your refund policy as the operator. Mane does not control or facilitate end-client refunds for services rendered.
8. Auto-renewal disclosure
Mane subscriptions automatically renew at the same price each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel anytime in Settings → Manage billing; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We send a renewal email at least 3 days before any annual renewal. California (ARL), New York (S5402B), and Colorado residents have additional cancellation rights under state law; nothing in this policy limits those rights.
9. How to cancel
Dashboard: Settings → Manage billing opens your secure Stripe billing portal, and you cancel there. Email: hello@joinmane.com from the email on your account. We confirm cancellation by email within 1 business day; if you do not receive confirmation, treat the subscription as still active and contact us.
