What you can do with Mane — and the line you don’t cross.
1. Who this applies to
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to every operator with a Mane account and to anyone using the platform on their behalf. By using Mane you agree to follow it. Violating it can result in immediate suspension or termination of your account, forfeiture of fees paid, and referral to law enforcement when required.
2. Prohibited industries
You may not use Mane to operate or solicit for: debt collection; payday lending; mortgage solicitation; political fundraising, polling, or get-out-the-vote campaigns; firearms or ammunition retail; cannabis or psychedelics retail (regardless of state legality); adult entertainment or sex work; multi-level / pyramid marketing; cryptocurrency promotion or solicitation; or any other industry our messaging, voice or payment partners (Meta, Stripe, Retell) prohibit.
3. Prohibited messaging content
You will not use Mane messaging or AI voice features to send: unsolicited advertising to anyone who has not given prior express written consent; messages with sexual content, hate speech, harassment, threats, or weapon references; impersonation of any person, business, or government agency; phishing, fraud, or scam content; gambling content where the recipient is in a prohibited jurisdiction; or any content that violates the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy or the Retell Acceptable Use Policy.
4. AI-disclosure obligations
When you use the AI voice / phone agent integration, every outbound or answered call must include a clear AI disclosure as part of the opening line, complying with FCC TCPA rules, California AB 2905, New York GBL § 396-b, and any state law applicable to your customers. Mane provides a compliant default opening line; you are responsible for not editing it into a non-compliant form.
5. Consent and opt-out
You will not import phone numbers or emails of people who did not give you prior consent to receive transactional or marketing messages from you. You will honor STOP / unsubscribe requests immediately and not re-import scrubbed numbers. You will retain proof of consent (timestamps, opt-in source) for at least 4 years.
6. Security and access
You will not: attempt to access another operator's account, data, or sub-resources; probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the platform without our prior written authorization; bypass authentication, rate limits, or access controls; reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code; use bots, scrapers, or headless browsers to read or write data outside of the documented API.
7. Resale and white-label
You will not resell, sublicense, white-label, repackage, or otherwise expose Mane access to third parties for compensation without a separate written agreement with Christian G Flair LLC. You may use Mane to serve your own clients (booking, messaging, payment) — that is what it is for.
8. Infrastructure abuse
You will not use Mane to: host malware, command-and-control servers, or phishing pages; send mass mailings beyond your imported client list; mine cryptocurrency or run unrelated background workloads in any feature; or otherwise consume disproportionate resources designed to harm the platform for other operators.
9. Intellectual property and content
You represent that you own or have license to use any content you upload (photos, copy, voice clones, custom prompts). You will not upload content that infringes a third party's trademark, copyright, right of publicity, or privacy. You grant Mane a non-exclusive license to display and process your content solely to deliver the service to you.
10. Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations using account data, logs, and metadata. We may suspend access, remove content, throttle messaging, or terminate accounts when we believe in good faith that a violation has occurred. We notify the operator by email except where notice would compromise an investigation, place a third party at risk, or be prohibited by law. Final determinations follow the dispute-resolution clause in the Mane Terms of Service.
11. Reporting
To report a suspected violation or serve legal process: hello@joinmane.com. We acknowledge urgent reports within 24 hours; legal process within the timeline required by the requesting authority.
