Connect an AI assistant to Mane and it can find a pro, show their open times, and hand you a booking link. You review and confirm on joinmane.com.

What it can do.

Find a pro

Search barbers, stylists, nail techs and estheticians on Mane by city or profession. Only pros who turned on "List me for AI assistants" in their settings are listed. Everyone else is invisible to assistants.

See services and open times

Read a pro’s public profile, their services with duration and price, and the open start times for a date. The times come from the same rules as the pro’s own booking page, and each one carries the price that applies at that time.

Get a booking link

Ask for a time and the assistant gets a link to the pro’s booking page with the service, date and time already filled in. The page checks the time again when you open it. If it was taken in the meantime, you land on the time picker for that day.

What it can’t do.

Book, hold or cancel anything. The booking is made only when you open the link and confirm on joinmane.com, under the pro’s own card and cancellation rules.

Take payment or card details. Nothing is charged through the assistant.

See any client’s information. No names, contact details, appointments or history are exposed, for anyone.

Read your conversation. Mane receives only the request itself, such as a city, a service or a date.

Claude

Open Claude and go to Customize, then Connectors.
Add a custom connector and paste the server URL below.
In a chat, turn Mane on from the + menu and ask for a pro or a time.

Gemini

On gemini.google.com (the web app), open Settings, then Connected Apps.
Under Custom apps, choose Add a custom app and paste the server URL below.
Google currently offers custom apps to personal accounts in the US, 18 and over.

Any other MCP client

Point it at the server URL below. It speaks Streamable HTTP and needs no sign-in or API key.

For developers.

Model Context Protocol server at https://api.joinmane.com/api/mcp. Protocol 2026-07-28, with 2025-11-25, 2025-06-18, 2025-03-26 and 2024-11-05 for older clients. Every tool is read-only. Rate limit: 120 requests a minute per IP.

Are you a pro on Mane?

Assistants list you only if you turn it on: Settings, Booking, “List me for AI assistants”. Turn it off and Mane’s connector stops listing you right away. Bookings from a link arrive like any other booking from your page.
