- Why does Vagaro start so cheap?$23.99/mo is an introductory rate for the first 6 months, per location. Each bookable calendar license is $10/mo on top, up to seven (vagaro.com/pro/pricing, checked October 2026).
- Are payment fees really higher?Vagaro doesn't publish its card-processing rates on its pricing page. Mane charges cards through Stripe, into your own account, and Stripe's published fee (2.9% + 30¢) is added to the client's total. Mane adds nothing.
- Does Mane charge for extra chairs?Mane is one account per person — your own calendar, services, client list and Stripe payouts, at $19/mo each. There's no shared shop dashboard that puts several chairs under one brand, so if that's what you need, Vagaro or Squire will fit better today. What you don't pay here is a markup on every card you take.
