Common questions.
- Is Boost required on Booksy?No. Without Boost, Booksy charges no commission on clients who find you online. With Boost, each Boost client's first visit costs 30%, up to $100 (biz.booksy.com/en-us/pricing, checked October 2026).
- Can I get a copy of my client list?On both, by asking. Booksy's own help center told you to ask their support team for a copy by email or live chat when we checked in September 2026, and on Mane you email us and a person puts it together and sends it, free. What is different is the day-to-day: on Mane your clients, their numbers and their visit history are on your screen in the dashboard on every plan, including the free one.
- Do my clients need an app?No. Your Mane page opens in any browser. Nothing to download, nothing to sign up for.
- What if Mane raises prices?Your plan renews at the same price each billing period until you cancel. That is in the refund policy.
